Our objective was to make the bathroom feel bigger and airy and have great lighting with clean lines. We went with light monochromatic colors and installed tiles that ran from the floor to the ceiling. We were majorly focused on the bathtub of the bathroom as it covered most of the space and needed the most attention.
To give the bathroom a sleek and modern look, we went with single-handed faucets. This is also very practical, given that one can control the temperature of the water with a single lever. We also chose the faucet color to be polished nickel which presented a smooth, shiny finish that is also highly durable. It also appears to be a different color in different lighting which is a plus if you want to change up accessories or colors of the walls frequently.
Furthermore, we introduced a convenient feature of a doorless shower that won’t conflict with the entry door of the bathroom. This also helped create the illusion that there is more space since the structure of the room seemed more open that way.
